Aj is so cute, isn’t he? And there I am, being me. Yay!

My Lovely Adventures with Awesome AJ

My son, AJ, is 19 months old. He gets into everything, it’s crazy. He went from NICU and not doing much to doing everything he can to get into trouble. I am still surprised at what he does next. And I always forget that when he’s quiet, he’s being naughty. It takes me a minute to go, “Hey, it’s quiet” and then “oh crap” and having to clean up his mess. One day maybe I will notice it sooner.

Then yesterday, he was all over me while I tried to work. I couldn’t do a thing. But I know I have to enjoy it while it lasts because he’ll grow up and not be my cuddle buddy anymore.  It makes me sad when he reaches a new milestone, but it also makes me happy because yay! But awww he’s growing up too fast.

He loves Korean pop music. That’s my fault of course. But he has expanded his artist interests. He went from just liking BTS to liking Twice, Red Velvet, Seventeen, PENTAGON, Monsta X, and more that I’m probably forgetting. He didn’t seem to care for BTS’ new album Map of the Soul: Persona, or at least the MVs, because I played the Boy with Luv music video and he didn’t really pay attention. I’ve played the Intro MV for him a few times and I guess since it’s all rap he doesn’t care for it. I like it, but he’s just meh about it. He will watch it for a few seconds then go do something else.

Right now we are playing random K-pop MVs on YouTube on the TV, and he’s just playing with his crinkly book, not really paying attention. I am about to turn it off and get to writing my articles, but I felt like sharing this all with you today.

Adventures with Awesome AJ should become a theme or something. Maybe a series of posts? The stuff I could write about him, there is a lot.

Wait I just realized the time, it’s lunchtime for AJ! Yay! Gotta go make him food. I hope you enjoyed this post, see you next time.
